If your calling from a Land line, Then

First select the country that you are going to call from the menu
If your going to call a mobile within that country then just choose Country Mobiles
If your going to call a landline within that country then choose just Country
Then dial the access number next to the listed country
If your are going to call at any time then use the access number
Next, dial (which is the international prefix)
Next dial the (which is the country code)
Now the city code
Now dial the destination local number
Thats it all done, you will now be connected
