As you all may have heard that all telecom network providers have decided that they will start charging for all calls made to numbers starting with 0844 or 0870, which means before when you could use your monthly inclusive minutes with your mobile contract and have a overseas call for free. Now you can still make the call but it won't be free rather you will charge you for dialing the 0844 or 0870 access number.

Sometimes the exchange does get overloaded especailly at peak times which may not allow the call to go through on the first attempt, but if you try the second of third time it will through fine
